Brazilian Business Partners has two Partners, Peter Rowland and Henrik Gistren. They are both senior executives, with many years of experience from both Brazil and Colombia.

Peter Rowland

Peter Rowland, who is Swedish, holds a PhD in International Economics from the London Business School, and an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (civilekonomexamen) from the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan i Stockholm). He has several years of experience from management consulting, having worked first at The Boston Consulting Group in London, then at McKinsey & Company. During his time at McKinsey, he covered mainly the financial sector, and worked in several different countries, including Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, the United States, Hungary and the United Arab Emirates. Peter Rowland has also worked in investment banking, for BNP Paribas both in London and New York, and in central banking, as an economic advisor to the Central Bank of Colombia (Banco de la República) in Bogotá.

Henrik Gistren

Henrik Gistren, who is Swedish, holds a MSC in Mechanical Engineering (civilingenjörsexamen) specialized in Pulp & Paper Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology (Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan) in Stockholm, Sweden. He has 23 years of experience in the forestry products industry, having worked within engineering, sales, and logistics for producers in Sweden, USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, and Brazil. During his time at Aracruz Celulose, Henrik established and managed the offices in Hong Kong and Beijing, as well as set up two distribution hubs in Asia. At Fibria, currently the world's largest producer of market wood pulp, he managed the company's Commercial Department from the Headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil, which included Sales & Production Planning, Global Logistics, Marketing, Sales Adminstration (including the back office in Hungary), and Global Technical Service.
